Unlike many charitable organizations that rely heavily on annual giving campaigns to support their funding needs, the Community Fund of Lake Forest intends to leverage an endowment model to support its mission. More specifically, we intend to raise an initial and robust donation pool that will be professionally invested and deliver returns that can fund CFLF’s mission for years to come. As the endowment grows via donor gifts, so will the amount of annual giving.
